Hi, I'm Krystin!

I know firsthand how complex design careers can be, especially when you're navigating deadlines, project demands, and a desire to actually grow as a leader.

I spent the last several years inside one of the largest global design firms, building people systems from the inside as an HR Business Partner and launching coaching programs that helped emerging talent thrive. Today, I coach mid-career designers and managers across the industry to lead with more clarity, visibility, and confidence, without burning out or selling out.

I’m a Co-Active trained coach with deep expertise in creative team dynamics, leadership development, and organizational strategy. My approach combines emotional intelligence with real-world insight into how firms operate — from promotions and pay to communication and team culture.
